とても大満足な施設でした。好きなタイミングで溫泉に入れ、サウナもしっかり高溫になり、家族みんなで大満足な溫泉旅行となりました。 食事は持ち込みしてBBQもできました。 食洗機があまり綺麗にならなかったですが… 良い施設でした。

不建議不會日語的朋友了 不太友好 郵件也沒發 還好我先生日語比較好後來和客服溝通的 有洗衣機但是沒洗滌劑 窗外露台吃燒烤 還沒吃就被飛蟻襲擊了 其他都還不錯

To be fair, wasnt able to stay in the hotel since realised only 1 day before check in date that - there isn't luggage holding or storage available - yamato does not pick up luggage from here - go apps does not help since no taxi driver accepts pick up from this location As we were travelling as a relatively big family with more than 6 big luggages and owner did not response to my reachout timely, the location and inconveniences to arrange for transport resulted in us changing our itinerary and missing out on staying in the hotel. We feedback to owner and 訂房網站 for mitigation if we can get some refund back, but to no avail. All in all while we understand its not owner's fault, I do wish they could reply promptly on enquiries and also review their cancellation and refund policy.
